The term part handling covers all material or product transfers within your operations. We can relocate your products between individual machines, operations, as well as completely autonomously between production halls. For handling parts, we use various manipulators with pneumatic or servo drives, industrial robots, separate conveyors or complete conveying lines. The first step is a detailed consultation with the client in order to find out exactly what their requirements are and what they would like to change in production. Then we prepare a functional study of a possible solution, including the material flow timing, to detect possible bottlenecks. After approving the optimized solution, we will cover the complete implementation of the new elements into your current production process.

Once the purchase order has been placed, the equipment is designed. Once you have approved a 3D model of the equipment, it is manufactured and assembled.
