Production Automation

Automation of your production processes will reduce your costs

More about Automation

Hot-line

De & Co also helps companies with series production automation. We design and manufacture individualized solutions for specific operations in automotive, health, textile and many other industries. Following consultation with you, we will manufacture a custom-made machine that will help you optimize your production process. The result is a reduction in costs and improved competitiveness.

Why should you choose De & Co?

  • We guarantee high quality of products
  • Years of experience of our design engineers
  • Our prices are some of the lowest in the market
  • We manufacture machines tailored to the respective operation
  • We provide above-standard flexible customer service

We continuously monitor trends in the optimization of production processes

We do not rest on our laurels. We actively participate in international trade fairs in order to keep pace with new technologies in production optimisation. We cooperate with leading specialists in drive technology, sensorics, camera systems, robotics and other fields, so we use cutting-edge components and advanced technologies when designing automation systems.

We can help you optimize your production exactly according to your requirements and capabilities. We can design both a workplace partially automated with a human operator, as well as a fully automated workplace where all the work is done by a machine. We are ready to fully satisfy your automation requirements.

Optimisation of production processes not only in the engineering industry

Based on the production process specifics, we can specify different stages of automation. Semi-automatic machines require human operation for loading of individual semi-finished products, while automatic assembly lines have large containers where semi-finished products can be refilled by a single employee, thus being able to operate multiple production lines. We are ready to fully satisfy your automation requirements.

How will our cooperation take place?

Send us your enquiry, describing the process that you wish to optimise.

Based on our joint meetings and consultations, we will agree on the exact assignment of the project, and then we will propose specific equipment and prepare an offer for you.

Once the order has been placed, the equipment will be designed. Once you have approved the 3D machine model, the machine is manufactured and assembled. After debugging the machine to the required parameters, operational tests of the equipment take place in the premises of our company.

The equipment is installed, tested and commissioned at its destination. The operators are properly trained.

We remain in contact with you and are ready to provide you with customer service within 48 hours.

Reference

„With DE & CO, we enquired about our largest automation system so far - a packaging line consisting of carton folder, central belt conveyor, part loading containers, 4 handling robots, automatic gluing, labelling and date printing. Already during the RFQ process, it was clear that DE & CO had been dealing with automation for a long time and has a great deal of insight into the issue. In the end, we actually implemented the project together. I appreciate both the professional work throughout the project (design engineering, production, assembly, tuning, etc.) and the approach to solving unexpected problems. We have always been able to agree and find common ground. The work carried out by DE & CO made such an impression on our management that we will implement another, even larger project with them.“
